At Young Artist Space, we believe that even the youngest dancers deserve to be taught with purpose and intention—because the habits, confidence, and love for dance they build now will shape their journey for years to come.

Our Tiny Twirlers program introduces little ones to the joy of dance through music, storytelling, imaginative play, and creative movement. Each class lays a strong foundation for future technical development while nurturing an enduring passion for self-expression.

Students explore motor skills, balance, coordination, and spatial awareness in a joyful, structured, and encouraging environment. Our instructors are warm, patient, and highly trained, ensuring every child receives exceptional guidance and care during this formative stage.

Through age-appropriate lessons in ballet, movement quality, and rhythm, dancers learn discipline and creativity side by side—building confidence that extends far beyond the studio.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS:

NEW FRIENDS

This class is a great opportunity for young dancers to learn the fundaments of dance while also allowing for them to make new friends in their community in a low-stress, & fun environment.

POTTY TRAINING:

It is not required that your child be potty trained, however, we do ask that you indicate whether your child is or is not potty trained on your enrollment form, so that we may be as prepared as possible to meet the needs of all our tiny dancers!

CAN I WATCH MY CHILD'S CLASS:

For the comfort and focus of all students, we ask that parents remain outside the classroom while class is in session. We understand that this can be a difficult transition for both parents and children, especially if it's their first time separating. Rest assured, our teachers are dedicated to ensuring your child’s well-being. Most children adjust quickly, but if your child continues to struggle, we will contact you so that you may pick them up.

COMFORTING:

If there are specific comfort measures or activities that help your child feel at ease, please share them on the enrollment form. We are committed to making your child’s transition as smooth as possible, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and happy.

DRESS CODE:

We have no dress code for Creative Movement. The only thing we ask is that they be in an outfit that is easy to move around in & is comfortable for them.
